I started an offer, but it doesn't appear as "in progress." Why?

If you started an offer and it does not appear under your 'offers in progress,' it is likely due to a tracking issue. Several factors can cause tracking problems, including:

1. VPN Usage: If you have a VPN (Virtual Private Network) active while starting or using the offer, it can interfere with tracking. Please note that even if you don't use the VPN to start the offer, any detection of a VPN after that will still immediately halt tracking.

2. Ad-blocker: If you have an ad-blocker enabled, it can prevent proper tracking of the offer.

3. Unstable Internet Connection: Starting the offer with an unstable internet connection can break the tracking link, resulting in it not appearing in your 'offers in progress.'

4. Changing the IP: Changing the internet connection after downloading an app and before opening it for the first time can break the tracking process.

5. Tracking Restrictions: Your phone or browser settings may not allow tracking, which can hinder the offer's progress from being displayed.

Note: Your offer will only appear in the "offers in progress" section once you open the app or game associated with the offer for the first time.

If you are uncertain whether your offer is tracking correctly, we recommend sending us a message. Our support team can check the tracking status and assist you in resolving any issues. If you experience frequent tracking problems, please submit a support ticket, and we'll investigate the root cause together.

Note: iPhone users may encounter tracking problems more frequently than users of other devices. To ensure proper tracking on your iPhone, consider following these tips:

1. Allow apps to request tracking: Open 'Settings' on your iPhone/iPad, go to 'Privacy,' select 'Tracking,' and enable 'Allow Apps to Request to Track.' Whenever prompted with the message 'Allow (APP NAME) to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites,' choose to allow.

2. Enable cross-site tracking: In the settings app, navigate to 'Safari.' Make sure the 'Prevent Cross-Site Tracking,' 'Block All Cookies,' and 'Hide IP Address' options are turned off. Additionally, disable the 'Ask Websites Not to Track Me' option.
