I'm participating in an active tournament, but my progress is not being tracked. Is there a problem?

Tournament progress is updated once per day. If your progress has not been updated yet, please check again the following day.

Please also note that only active play time counts toward tournament progress. Simply keeping the game/app open will not increase your play time — you must actively play and progress in the game.

If your progress has not been updated after 24 hours, please submit a support ticket with screenshots showing:
Your play time
Your in-game progress
How long you have been waiting for the update

Our team will review your request and assist you as soon as possible!
