I have made an in-app purchase to complete a top-up task, but I haven't received my reward. What should I do?

Please make sure that your purchase was processed successfully and that you received the in-app benefits as expected.

If you did not receive the in-app benefits, please contact the store (App Store/Play Store) to check the status of your purchase. You can also contact the game/app developer's customer support team for further assistance.

If the purchase was processed successfully, please wait up to 72 hours after completing the purchase. If your reward still has not been received after this time, please contact us and provide a screenshot of the purchase receipt from the store*, with the Order ID and date clearly visible.

*Please note that we require screenshot(s) of the receipt(s) from the respective store used (App Store/Google Play), not a credit card statement.
