If you finished the tournament in an eligible position and received an email confirming that you will be rewarded, the prize will be sent within 7 business days after the tournament ends.
If you have waited longer than this after receiving the confirmation email and still have not received your reward, please submit a support ticket with screenshot(s) showing the email notification.
Please make sure the screenshot includes your name, email address, date, and recipient address, as these details must match your user and activity.
