A clear description of the issue
Screenshot(s) or video(s) that help demonstrate the problem
The amount of time you have been waiting for the reward (if applicable)

If your issue is related to a missing reward from a purchase, please also provide screenshot(s) of the purchase receipt(s), including the Order ID/Number and Date.

Our team will review your request and assist you as soon as possible!
